Jan Seager is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Limited Licensed Psychologist. She has a bachelor’s degree in biopsychology & cognitive science from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis from Northeastern University. Jan held positions at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, and Hope Network Rehabilitation Program, Grand Rapids. In 2013, she founded Behavior Solutions, providing therapeutic services to individuals with brain injuries. Jan is passionate about her work and loves joining forces with families and treatment teams. She works in partnership with hospitals, residential treatment centers, and out-patient rehabilitation programs, collaborating with multi-disciplinary clinicians. She specializes in the development of innovative, personalized behavioral treatment plans that target goals meaningful to her clients. Jan establishes clear expectations for behavioral goals and provides concrete benchmarks so her clients are always apprised of their therapeutic progress. Jan oversees treatment implementation, analyzes behavioral data, and provides supportive counseling to clients and their families. Providing services in clients’ own homes and communities, she is able to provide real-life, in the moment therapy.
